The second I booked with Flex Physio & Wellness on their super easy-to-navigate online booking site, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Easy booking, location is not hard to find, friendly staff greeting you at the front, and all around beautiful location where the sun hits that building in just the right way it's almost photo worthy. I booked a massage with Courtney due to general aches and pains and walked out of that building with decreased stress, aches and pain forgotten, and the confidence in telling her that I'll forever be a repeat customer... Like, seriously, I'm already checking for her next available booking lol.

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Tammy is very friendly and always greets upon arrival. The physiotherapist - Katie - is the BEST - always smiling - never seen a sad face on her face- attentive & makes you feel at ease - whichever procedure she is doing- favourite is the dry needling - feel amazing afterwards!!! The whole atmosphere inside Flex is welcoming and uplifting - everyone is smiling and happy to be there.

First time at Flex Physi and Wellness, what an amazing experience! From the welcoming front reception, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes up Flex! I had a massage booked with Courtney, I was leery as I am quite particular with massage therapy, she was incredible. Obviously very well knowledged in therapeutic massage. Courtney took the time to ask about what issues I had and what I was looking for in my session, and fulfilled them thoroughly. I’m happy to say I have a new professional, technically skilled massage therapist. I highly recommend Courtney.

She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in her clients' well being.
