Darin has made working out so fun and it's something I look forward to FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. I was very insecure about lifting weights and always stuck to cardio, but personal training with Darin has been so encouraging! He's created personalized workouts for me that I have access to on my app so I can workout in the gym or do it at home! Flex Fitness has such a great group of people. Literally everyone is so nice and this is a place I look forward to coming to every time. I can't say enough great things about this gym. If you've been thinking about getting a personal trainer, give Darin a try. You will feel so good about yourself guaranteed!

Love this place and I wish I could give Flex fitness more than 5 stars. A clean and well equipped gym with an awesome community of people. The best part is Darin, the owner and trainer, who makes coming such a fantastic experience. He is warm, welcoming and inclusive. You won’t find a better gym in the city. Darin works with you to meet your goals and creates a workout plan that fits those goals. The atmosphere of Flex Fitness is one of inclusiveness and belonging. Those who workout there are friendly and welcoming to all. As a non gym goer ever Flex has changed my routines to include being more active both at the gym and outside the gym in the past year. If you are looking for a gym this is the best place to come in Saskatoon. Darin cares and that’s the biggest part of what makes Flex Fitness unique.
