although i was 30 mins late the staff was welcoming and courteous and let me know it was ok and they're happy i showed up ..! Appt went great with feedback from dentist that helped with all my questions and concerts 👍

Amrit was very careful with the trouble spots in my mouth. Much appreciated. And dr.c s decisiveness in what needs to be done is letting me deal with something before it gets worse.

I visited this clinic due to a loose dental bridge. They took X-rays, but their machine wasn’t functioning properly, which left my mouth sore for two days. All that was needed was to check if my bridge was cracked, yet they took a full-smile X-ray instead (which I’m not sure if it was necessary). When it came to discussing my treatment options, the dentist (Dr. Kaur) simply handed me a written note without any verbal explanation. I felt rushed out of the chair and directed straight to payment. While the front desk staff was friendly, the dental assistant appeared unsure of her work, and the dentist spent very little time examining me before hurrying me out. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied, unheard, and that my concerns were not addressed with the care or professionalism I expected.
