Had Coleton come and look at my boiler system and he did about two hours work and then I got him to give me a quote to replace an InDirect Water Heater Tank. The quote was $5800 to install a $2200 tank plus 4 hours labour plus materials. Called another Company and paid $3300 for the exact same job. I get people need to make a living and the price is the price but it just goes to show that you need to shop around because $2500 more on a 4 hour job is extremely excessive in my opinion.

Coleton and Elie showed up ASAP to fix our Propane Wall Heater. Excellent service, professional, easy to get a hold of, very informative, and honest about the process. Would definitely use their services again if need be, and highly recommend!!

Flawless Flows Mechanical is and unbelievable company. I have no hesitation giving a 5 star review. If I could give a 10 star review I would!! Coleton was so very helpful right from the first words of our dialog. My hot water tank had started to pour water from underneath. I needed to have one installed today and he reassured me that he would be able to handle that request. From start of my contact with him, to completion of the job, Coleton and his crew had my brand new water heater installed and heating up in just under 3 hours!! Amazing. They were very mindful of my carpet, paint on the walls and even the water on the floor. Attention to detail and doing what you say are so very satisfying when having contractors in your home. If you ever need anything plumbing, heating, sewer work done, look no further than reaching out to Coleton and the boys at Flawless Flows!! 2 thumbs up!!

Coleton with Flawless Flow is probably the best in the area and I mean that. He has always helped me and my wife out on every call ( usually a Sunday or holiday) and never said no. Speedy and quality in a one stop shop. I don’t even bother with other people. I call Coleton or text. And if your worried about costs. Forget it. They are reasonable and practical. Awesome company only one I will ever call.

We had Flawless Flows Mechanical install a new hot water tank and pressure system shortly after moving into our home, and the experience was excellent. The maintenance team was knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the process. Coleton, the owner, was communicative and patient with our questions. When we misunderstood part of the pricing, he took the time to explain it clearly and respectfully. We’ll happily use them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services.
