Excellent service. Rick responded quickly to my after hours request. Then he sent Jon who did the initial evaluation and the repair work. Jon was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the work we required. Would recommend and would have them back if any further problems should arise. Great company

Ric and his fellows Ward and John are so great and helpful in addressing my roof problems. Ric impresses me as a very responsible and kind person and he is much willing to communicate with me and take into consideration my all concerns and budget plans. He tries his best to help me to do the best things within my budget. And even when he was outside of the town, he still managed to arrange his guys to come to my place to check the roof and address the problems in a very timely manner. When he returned from his trip he took it as his first thing to come over in person. He is the best roof expert I have ever met and heard of. I would like to thank him and recommend him without any reservation.

Our building needed a new roof and our experience with Rick and Flat Roofing was fantastic. -Rick always responded quickly and worked really hard to accommodate our needs/scheduling late into the fall - They made immediate repairs where needed - When there was a break in the rain, everyone worked long hours and weekends to insure that the project was completed - They put in extra work to address problem areas not visible during the initial inspection - The completed job looks fantastic and comes with a 20 year warranty.

I manage some commercial and residential properties in the lower mainland. Due to the extreme weather conditions early 2022, a number of our units had leaks and needed repairs. I tried 4 different contractors before I found Rick and his company online. Flat Roofing BC was very responsive and scheduled an inspection quickly. I finally found a company that presented professional quotes explaining clearly of what the issues were. Out of all the choices, our property management business felt FLat Roofing BC gave us confidence to go with them, and we were not disappointed. The work was completed all on time, which made my job much easier, and pictures and documentation of all the issues were received right after the job was finished. Flat Roofing BC has since completed several jobs for us as I write this review. Our business will continue to use their services in the future, and I am happy to write this review for them.
