I went to this car wash 1 time 4 months ago. I paid for the most expensive wash, and 1 month worth of washes. My car came out barely cleaner then I entered And I still had to have it washed again. I used the service 1 more time and decided I wouldn't pay for this service again. Little did I know it auto pays out of my bank account some how now and I can't get it to stop. This payment for a wash I won't use and don't want keeps taking 39.99 each month. It's bounced other payments, and it just won't stop. I called the company, no answer. I emailed whatever address I could find, no response. I signed up on the website hoping I could unsubscribe through there, and nothing. There is no option to unsubscribe from the service. All the web site does it tell you the day it's going to rob your bank again. It's gotten to the point that I keep my bank account free of money just so it has nothing to pull from, and some how it still robs me. I had a rebate hit my account yesterday, and immediately flashwash has already taken that money to pay for a service I don't want, never asked for, and can't freaking cancel. I hate this place so badly and just want my damn 4+ months of 39.99 back. I should take them to small claims for it and costs of the overdraft from the payments it's caused to bounce, but it would cost me more to file the case and fight it then I'd get out of it. So here I sit. Monthly renewals I didn't sign up for or ask for or even told about, taking every cent I put in my bank account. I've been using others means to hold my money so this shady company can't steal anymore money from me. I can't even use my own bank account anymore. Recently my phone plan ended and I had to get a new phone number. Well guess what? Now I can't even access my account through flash wash's website because you sign up through phone number and they have know way to authenticate through another means. So now on top of stealing my money once a month for a service I'm not getting, I cant get into my account anymore either, which technically doesn't matter much until they put a way to unsubscribe and stop these damn payments from co.ing out of my account. I am hoping that this review stops at least 1 of you from shopping here and accidentally allowing this criminal business to steal your money. Do not accidentally subscribe to this business. It's not 39.99 for a month of unlimited car washes. At the end of 30 days you don't get to decide if you want to continue, or if the 39.99 was worth what you got out of the wash for the month. You will be paying it again even if you don't want to. Each month. Forever. And they don't give an easy way to cancel, and won't answer your calls or emails. It seems they answer reviews on here, but all they say is contact us and we will discuss this. HOW? HOW DO YOU CONTACT SOMEONE WHO WONT ANSWER OR RESPOND TO ANY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER?

Got a free wash with a promo, and honestly I’d rather just not gone. The promo was for a free “surge wash” which via the website is the BEST wash including rain repellent. End of the day, I have dirty wheels, bird poop and other stuff on my hood still, and did not receive any form of rain repellent. Not to mention this place is completely ran by kids that mumble, and have to say things 3-4 times. Avoid this place, if I’m this displeased for a free wash, imagine how disappointed I’d be if I paid $23 for this disservice.

This was the worst place I have ever gone. I got the $15 wash and it literally didn’t clean my car at all. Would not recommend at all unless you want to just throw money away.

On August 4, 2025 at 5:40 PM, I went through this car wash with my red 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The brushes broke the plastic cover on my passenger side mirror. The next morning (August 5, 8:00 AM) an employee gave me the broken part back - but it cannot be reattached because the clips are broken. I have photos of the damage and proof this happened here. I have already requested they preserve camera footage from August 4 between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM and cover the repair cost. Waiting for their prompt response before taking further action.

Came here for a quick basic was that was $10 dollars. And it didn't even occurred to me that a car wash would have an option to not was your wheels and tires. Anyways, went through it and came out with dirty wheels that I now have to go to another car wash to get cleaned. Jet "the manager" told me that this is what I have chosen and that there is nothing that he can do about it. Needless to say he absolutely did not let me get back in there to correct this. Anyways, there are plenty of other car washes that just do a good basic wash. Go there instead.
