I recently had my car repaired at Fix N Go and wanted to share my honest experience. Dealing with the owner, Jass, was unfortunately frustrating. There were delays in completing the work, communication was not clear, and I wasn’t given proper information or accurate timelines. The lack of transparency and updates made the process stressful. However, his Son Harman truly stood out in every way. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He takes the time to clearly explain the work being done and, most importantly, provides proper and accurate estimates upfront. There are no surprises when he handles things. His attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right are impressive. He works quickly without compromising quality and genuinely treats customers with respect. Harman’s professionalism completely changed the experience for me. He is a huge asset to the business, and honestly, he’s the reason I would consider coming back.

i took my BMW at fix n go auto.car was not starting up.they said engine is break down and need to replace it. Charge 6500$ to replace engine and said you have six months warranty.after three months engine broke down again and when we call tow truck and tow car at their shop they said warranty is over. Replace engine but car started showing engine check light and other signs.owner said come back after few days.when we get back to mechanic and he said warranty is over and you have to pay again if you want to fix it..totally scam.i recommend to everyone never go to fix’n go ,

I went to them for a simple car inspection, and I was told my brakes were “almost gone” and needed to be replaced immediately. Later, I took my car to the dealership, and they confirmed my brake pads were 5 mm, which is still good and does not require replacement. They try to upsell unnecessary repairs and recommend extra work just to make more money. They also install low quality parts so you end up coming back again in a few months. Not recommended.

I went to Fix n Go for an oil change AND to have other issues checked on my car. I clearly explained the problems and asked them to inspect it properly. These guys just changed the oil and ignored everything else. When I asked why nothing else was checked, Harman (if that was his name) shrugged and said, “It’s an old car, performance will be down, there’s nothing to check.” Then he actually said, “We don’t want to rip you off, otherwise we can give you a long bill.” Who even says that?! Who WANTS to get ripped off? The least they could do is check the car. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it can’t be fixed. What kind of attitude is that? Then, when I told them my friends used to bring their old cars here and get them fixed, suddenly they said, “Okay, what do you want us to check?” Like seriously — are you the mechanic or am I supposed to write you a to-do list? This place is a joke. If all you know how to do is oil changes, rename your shop to “Oil Change & Nothing Else” and stop wasting people’s time. Lazy, unprofessional, and arrogant. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs.

My BMW broke down on Saturday August 23rd on the way to my Grandaughters house, I called a Tow Truck Service, AJP Towing, I asked the Driver where I might take the car for repairs, He said We should take it to Fix & Go on 76th, He said they were very honest, ok, lets try them. The shop was closed as it was in the evening, we dropped off the BMW and they gave me a ride to the Sky Train. I worried about a gigantic bill for a broken fuel pump, BMW's are so expensive when they break, and this really seemed like a broken fuel pump problem. on Monday I called the shop to see if They could fix the broken fuel pump? They were quite busy so they said when they could, they would have a look,,,,I called the shop the next day and was told I could come by and pick up my BMW,,,I took a bus to the Skytrain and a taxi to the shop, dreading the large bill for the repairs,,,,instead I got a bill for $90 for a loose clamp, Holy,,,I was floored,,,They could have very easily charged for for a new fuel pump, on line it says it costs $2000,,,they didn't and the Young Man at the counter was so polite and professional, I was so happy with My experience with these Folks. in a world of mistrust and crooks, here are some Honest, Solid People. Thanks Fellas, Thanks Harman from AJP Towing! I will be recommending Your Honest Repair Shop to Family and Friends! Thank You! Cheers eh!
