I took my Ram 3500 Dually to Fix Auto to have body work done which consisted of the front end, passenger doors & box damage. Fix Auto told me when to bring the truck in & when they were expecting to have the repair completed unless there was unforseen damage that could cause a delay. They were very helpful from the start. The communication was great from the emails to the phone calls. They even arranged the car rental. The best part is how great the truck looks. Love the finished product. Definitely have no problem recommending Fix Auto.

Naomi at the front desk is super friendly and very willing to help. Jason, one of the mechanics, is very knowledgeable and ensured my vehicle was going to be taken care of. They made this stressful time dealing with an accident and insurance way more manageable. I have come here a few times and have never been disappointed, would definitely recommend.

All aspects of this job went perfectly. From the front office (Naomi), to the Office Mgr. (Lisa) and the driver (Jason), everyone in the loop was perfect. The quote on my damages was very competitive and the repair was done as promised slightly ahead of schedule. Bravo.

Sometime ago, I randomly walked into this shop to get advice on a vehicle I wanted to purchase. Not being a customer, they were very respectful and gave the advice which I ended up taking. Few weeks after, I took my own vehicle there for repair. They did a fabulous job. My vehicle looks as good as brand new. Very honest, humble, transparent and respectful people in the shop. I will recommend this shop to friends, family and colleagues.

Fix It Auto: A Real Mitzvah! 🚗 ​Oy, when the car got that little shmutz on the side, I was beside myself! The last thing you need is a headache with repairs. But going to Fix It Auto?
