I just picked up my vehicle from Fix Auto Prince George after being in an accident, and I am incredibly happy with the results. Vehicle looks brand new—as if the accident never happened. The quality of the body work is flawless. The paint match is perfect, and all the panels were aligned exactly as they should be. What truly set them apart was the customer service. Brandon and Garett communicative, providing updates throughout the process. Car rental for the week was sorted out. They also handled the ICBC/insurance claim smoothly, which made a stressful situation much easier in my end. Thank you, much appreciated.

Had a fantastic experience with these folks. Communication was great, and work was fantastic. I had left my vehicle with them while I went on a trip. They had my vehicle ready for me the morning I got back, and went as far asdetaling it as well for me. Though I hope to not need body work again lol, if I ever do I will 100% be coming back to Fix Auto!

I brought my truck in for some exterior upgrades and couldn’t be happier with the results. The workmanship was excellent, the turnaround time was great, and the final product looks even better than I expected. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. On top of that, communication was great throughout the process, and any small issues were handled with care and respect. You don’t always get that kind of service these days. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and a crew that stands behind what they do. Wouldn’t trust my vehicles to anyone else!

Chose Fix Auto because they have Courtesy Cars. What I got was so much more. I contacted them for Claim in winter months while it was quite dark. They requested I bring the car in so they do a better assessment. When they had the parts they contacted me. I brought the car in on Monday had it back by Wednesday. I will use their services and recommend them when asked

I chose fixauto because they had courtesy cars, what I got was so much more. I brought my car in for assessment after 4 pm in January it was quite dark. I received a call asking if I could leave the car with them for a few hours for better assessment. This assessment also gave them the info of the parts they needed for the repairs. When the parts came in they called to set up for me to leave the car for repairs. I was told I should have it back by the end of the week. I left my car on Monday, I got the call it was ready on Wednesday. My car was cleaned and repaired in 3 days. I will use them again if I need. I also would recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs.
