Had our suv repaired here after hitting a deer and they did an awesome job. Brand new courtesy vehicle too. Even repaired an existing scuff on the front corner at no charge. I would highly recommend fix auto. 5 stars all day😁

They did awesome work & had my vehicle back one week earlier than initially expected...It was also cleaned so well I didn't want to drive it home on the wet roads ! Lol ! This is the 2nd time that I chose them for the repairs and again, I was very happy with their service, great communication and the loaner vehicle that they provided me with :-)

The team at fix auto did a amazing job on my car, it looks brand new. They went above and beyond on the service. There was a issue with my key fob but they ended up fixing the issue.

At first, I was skeptical about this place because if you read the reviews, there are some reviews that gives you doubts about the quality of their service. But I was worried for nothing. I had a pleasant experience with this establishment from the beginning till the end. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. Mind me, I am not very well versed in cars but they spend ample time to explain to me what their initial findings were and what their plan was. The vehicle was ready in reasonable time. They were still waiting for one part from the states but I was able to pick up my car and drop it off again when the part arrived. I would recommend this place!

Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I called everywhere in town and was told at least January for just a consult/assessment. Fix Auto got me in for my assessment days after my accident, booked and completed my repairs (providing a complementary vehicle while it was in the shop) within six days, they had conservatively quoted about two and a half weeks for the repairs, which makes their service all the more impressive. As for the repairs- they did an absolutely fantastic job and handled everything with ICBC, it was a very easy and stress free process, which is what you need after the stress of an accident. Nothing but good things to say about this place!
