I had a bit of a smashy smashy with a concrete post in my parkade, requiring a new door, chrome & rubber trim and a new side mirror. They took my car Tuesday morning and it was returned Friday afternoon. So clean & tidy it looked like it was just driven off the lot! I would totally recommend these folks for your auto repair needs. ♥️

Took my car for some minor repairs, on a new (2yr) vehicle. Experience was fine, they seemed nice and trustworthy. Fast forward a few months and we find part if my car laying in the back seat. It was not part of the repairs, but turns out their techs broke it doing the repair, and decided hot glue was an appropriate repair, and stuck it back on. No one disclosed this happened. Went back to show them and ask for it to be repaired properly. Manager said ICBC wants them to use glue and not tape on replacements. Explained clearly this is a clip they broke and not a tape they replaced. Also out of all of the options for adhesive hot glue is the worst one. They did replace the part they broke (ordered a new one), however the manager made a comment that came across as dismissive and that this part of my car is not important. I cannot trust them to do proper repairs, so wanted to see them attach the new part (again its a clip, you just click it in). I would not go here again, since they think hot glue is a good repair, and since they do not discolse any mistakes they make, or damage they create during the repair.

From start to finish everything was perfect. It’s very rare to have a good experience with repairs, ICBC and the repair shop based on past experiences. I would recommend if you need your vehicle repaired to take it to Fix Auto east Chilliwack branch. Thank you Melissa for making our repairs happen on time and with no issues. Quality work On time No hassles Friendly staff And they detailed our car before returning it, inside and out. Our car looked almost new when they returned it and it is 4 years old. Never seen it this clean except when driving off the dealership in 2022. THANK YOU Fix Auto Keep up the excellent customer service and quality repairs.
