I was extremely happy with the service and work done here! Ricky was helpful with dealing with insurance, always kept me in the loop, and went out of his way multiple times to make sure my repair was done properly. His friendly nature, strong work ethic and beautiful work are beyond what I expected. Highly recommend!

Ricky was great at keeping me informed, giving me options, and accommodating additional requests throughout the insurance repair so that my truck was better than before. He did some vendor management on our behalf to get better quality parts, a rental car on schedule when the company played dumb, and a bit of a refund rather than opening a can of worms.

Brought my vehicle in from Calgary to get fixed and it was well worth it as Ricky was able to get it fixed up in a day. The entire process was seamless. He did the estimate on the spot within minutes of stopping by, I never even made an appointment. He answered any questions I had and had great communication. The customer service was top notch. He gave me a ride to where I was staying in town after I dropped my vehicle off first thing at 7 am in the morning and he had my vehicle ready before noon for pick up. My vehicle looked brand new, and even went the extra mile as he washed it and even vacuumed the inside.

Great and wonderful experience at Fix Auto, had my SUV repaired there back in September and also for a trim issue I had recently as well. Ricky the owner is very kind and wants the best for his clients. Takes pride in his work and the guys go above and beyond to make sure vehicles come out looking fantastic. Great assets to the community of Brooks! Would recommend this autobody shop hands down to anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired! Your in great hands with these guys! Ricky is very professional and thrives on creating the best customer experience. He is honest and upfront. He assists with making sure you have a rental and that all your needs are covered. Exceptional service and quality. My vehicle came out looking brand new again. Highly recommend!
