We have our fleet work through Fix Airdrie and this time it was personal! Got stung in a parking lot and I can’t say enough good about the team. I was in and out before I knew it. The front end was so welcoming and Reanna made sure I was in the loop! I refer everyone I know to this shop.

I had some falling snow shatter my windshield and damage my hood and roof. Insurance recommended Airdrie Fix auto. I would not be passing on this recommendation. First of it took them over 3 weeks to get a quote and over a month total for all repairs to be fixed.but the main issue is the DAMAGED my paint. There are 3 spots the have been clearly pressure washed off as well as scratch marks up to a foot long on both sides of the vehicle. The lady at the front desk didn’t even apologize and just said that’s not our fault. Cause the paint is feeling in other places. I’ve washed my multiple times and never had this much paint leave at once. The area removed is 2-3 inches wide and at least 10inches long. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!! Airdrie auto body is a way better shop with great customer service just across the street save your paint

After a minor accident, I brought my truck to Fix Auto for the repairs. The welcoming area was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I received continuous updates throughout the repair, and I also received updates when additional issues were found. This ended up extending the time my truck needed to be in the shop, but I was well aware of its status. When I went to pick up, I noticed a new issue with my truck. I needed the truck for an appointment that I had, and was willing to bring the vehicle back once I was done. The shop offered to take me to and pick me up from my appointment so that they could quickly address the issue and get my truck back to me as quickly as possible. This was an unexpected gesture but was really appreciated. While my dealings with Fix Auto were not issue-free, the shop made every effort they could to set things right. I feel the entire experience was positive, and I would recommend this shop to others in the future.

I had my truck at Fix Auto in Airdrie for a warranty repair. After getting the warranty repair authorized by the manufacturer I took my vehicle in to start the body work. I noted that the front of house staff was courteous and friendly when I arrived. The shop was clean. The waiting area was nice and had complementary beverages for you while you waited. They had a shuttle arranged for me to get taken over to the prearranged car rental location. An unexpected issue arose during the repair and while the manufacturer and the dealership did not want to honour the warranty repair, Fix Auto was able to work with me so I didn’t have any extra expenses. And to top it off when I picked up my truck the repair work was top notch, the vehicle had been detailed and they gave me a voucher to have any other vehicle I wanted detailed as well. Finally, I was told that Fix Auto’s work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. I would completely recommend Fix Auto for any of your repair needs.

I had my car repaired here after an accident, and the entire experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their communication was great throughout the process. I really appreciated being able to follow the repair updates online—it made everything so convenient and transparent. On top of that, the shop has amazing coffee, which was a pleasant surprise while waiting! Highly recommend this body shop for anyone looking for professional, efficient service with a personal touch.
