Beyond happy with the service at Fix Auto! From the beginning, they were excellent. They noticed things that I never even noticed. On the day that my vehicle was finished I had a procedure done at the hospital and was under general anaesthesia so I couldn’t drive. They literally dropped my jeep off at my house and returned my rental for me. My vehicle looked brand new, they did an outstanding job on the repairs. Later in the evening I took a look in my jeep and to my pleasant surprise, they had clean the inside for me. I was going to take it in for a detail once the repairs were done but I don't even need to they did such a great job. 10 out of 10 service. Thank you!

By far the best experience I've had getting our vehicle fix after getting rear-ended. Wassim took such great care of us from the first call to when we had our vehicle returned (earlier than predicted). It's nice to see a company take care of their customers so well. Highly recommend this place.

From the first phone call to Fixed Auto West to picking up my two repaired vehicles, the service was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend them for their professional, courteous, attention-to-detail service. They serve Turkish coffee to boot! Who knew an Autobody repair facility could also employ high-end baristas?!

Got hit on my driver side front end, took it here cause I heard great things. The team took care of me from the start, got my estimate done ( wasn’t a long wait, had coffee while I waited) and they got me a courtesy car right away something nice that fit my life style and comfortable. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and within 2 weeks I was driving my vehicle and the repairs made the vehicle look brand new, did a good job on detailing inside and out. Will always take my vehicle there. I was very happy with the treatment I got here.
