I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto East after my accident on January 27th. ICBC initially told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks just to look at my truck, which was pretty discouraging. However, Stephanie at Fix Auto East stepped in right away, connected with ICBC, and had my vehicle towed to their shop the very next day. From there, everything moved quickly, they completed the estimate, disassembled the vehicle, and ordered parts without delay. The entire team was outstanding. Stephanie went above and beyond to get things moving and Elizabeth, my estimator was professional, knowledgeable and kept everything on track. The front staff were also fantastic. Rachel and the rest of the team were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I got my truck back on February 24th, and I couldn't be happier with the service and efficiency. In what could have been a long and frustrating process, they made everything easy. This is my go to shop for auto fixes. They are a very friendly and knowledgeable company. My car was repaired completely to my satisfaction as well they were two days early getting it back to me. They go the extra mile in their service. Will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I went in there to get my son’s truck looked at Matthias and the office manager were easy to deal with after explaining what I needed them to actually do. I Would totally go back there again. Thanks Matthias for being very professional and getting the estimate done in a timely manner

Took my truck in to book an appointment to get my truck fixed after fallen trees from a windstorm. Was a little disappointed that they said it would be a week or two before they could even look at it, even though I already had an ICBC claim number. Other body shops will usually have someone look at your vehicle right away and book an appointment to have it fixed. There seemed to be lots of people around just nobody wanted to look at the truck and give an appointment to have it fixed. Due to the lack of service, I moved on.

The repair its self actually went well, but the reason im leaving a 1 star review is that 4 pieces of my car fell off the car with in 2 weeks of getting it back from repair. Both my fog light trims, the driver side marker light that attaches to the front bumper and the passenger side roof molding. I was able to recover and reinstall the molding but the fog light trims and marker light are gone. They replaced the marker light but refused to replace the fog light trims saying someone would have to have done that on purpose because they are difficult to remove. So they inferred that i removing the front bumper to remove the fog light panels just so I could get them to replace them rather than their techs did something that caused the pieces to fall off the car.
