I hired Five seasons property maintenance to paint my condo. It’s about 1000 square feet with vaulted ceilings and some rounded corners on the walls so I was worried about cost and the time it would take. Josh the owner helped explain the process and even guided me through picking paint colours that would fit best with the space and my current decor. Working with Josh was an absolute pleasure, he was professional, recommended and used the best paint on the market and worked with me to fit the job into my budget. He made sure all my big pieces of furniture were well protected and did a thorough job prepping and was cleanly throughout the entire process. The final price was exactly what I was quoted, the job was done within the time frame expected, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The colours look amazing, the ceiling looks so much better freshly painted, and the cut lines are amazing on my feature wall and fireplace! The owner of this company has years of experience and invaluable knowledge of products and processes in the painting industry. I referred his company to one of my close friends and the job they did was fantastic. My friends house had a tremendous amount of damage ( gouges, marks and holes) These guys were very professional and repaired the entire surfaces with attention to detail! I would hire this company without hesitation. I have posted a few pictures of prep work and the after pictures. Thanks again Four Seasons Property Maintenance for the pristine job!
