Fitness World in Surrey is an awesome gym. It’s very big, has lots of equipment, and is always clean, which makes it a great place to work out. There’s plenty of space so it never feels too crowded, and the atmosphere is really positive. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rhiannon at the front desk. She is the sweetest and most helpful person! She’s always friendly, welcoming, and goes out of her way to help. It really makes the experience so much better walking in and being greeted by someone so kind. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a clean, spacious place with great staff!

I went to try this gym using their 3-day temporary pass. The front desk staff showed me around and signed me up for a membership, but there was no clarification about any additional fees or charges. I was told that if I wanted to cancel, I just needed to inform them a week before the next biweekly charge. After my first workout, I realized the gym wasn’t for me. The ladies’ gym section had very loose cable wires, and the washrooms were in poor condition and smelled bad. Overall, the gym did not seem very clean. I decided to cancel the very next day. When I called, I was told I had to come in person to cancel, which I did. Again, there was no mention of any additional fees. At that point I was told the policy was actually a 30-day notice, which was different from what I was told when I signed up. I also later noticed that I was charged an “enhancement fee”, which no one mentioned during sign-up. When I called the location, they told me my membership was still active even though I had already gone in to cancel. When I explained that I was never informed about the enhancement fee and that I canceled the next day, I was told the fee was shown on the pin pad when signing the contract, so they couldn’t waive it since it had already been charged. They also said they would cancel my membership starting that day. Overall, my experience with this location was disappointing. I would recommend asking very clearly about all fees and cancellation policies before signing up, as this information was not properly communicated during my sign-up process.

Training with Lakshay has completely changed my fitness level. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, endurance, and physique. I really love this gym — it’s truly a one-stop shop. The facility is clean, the staff are noticeably more polite, and Kamal is absolutely amazing. He’s incredibly friendly, has given me helpful workout tips, and even shared some easy, great recipes to support my journey. I would definitely recommend this gym. My favourite features are the sauna and the ladies’ section.

Great gym, just moved here 6 months ago looked for a gym near by. I am pretty experienced in the gym but Gavin saw me and decided to train me. Ever since learned so much and got my goal of gaining only lean muscle mass. Overall been great past 3 months I have to now move but gym was good sometimes messy but has every machine and equipment you will ever need. Sauna was great too and recovery. Staff all nice sad to go. Thanks for the amazing time and I recommend Gavin as a trainer there.
