As someone who has gone to this gym on and off for years, it is quite a shame just how much this gym has gone completely downhill. To start, I will say I have brought my issues to the attention of the staff, and nothing has been done. Granted it isn't the person I talked to's fault, but more so on the management at this gym. This gym has an obnoxious amount of pre-teens/teenagers who treat the establishment like a playground. Running around, throwing weights/equipment everywhere, climbing on equipment. Staff are never there to control the issue or enforce their policies. I would not have such an issue with these kids running around the gym if they would at the VERY least wipe down their equipment. To be clear, it is not about their age, no one is enforced to wipe their machines here and these kids are not the only ones not doing it. I have never ever in my life been to a gym that is so care-free about their cleanliness policies. To put it bluntly, it is disgusting to see and I just want some rules put in place. As a member who works out here almost daily I feel zero motivation to continue wanting to gym at a place like this, where these kids sweat and climb on the machines and dont care to wipe their germs off. As mentioned before I had brought this attention to one of the staff and she seemed to agree with me, noting that its especially bad around night time. When even the staff agree but nothing is being done about it, it comes off as a choice. At almost any other gym that is worth going to, they simply let each member know as they walk in to grab a squirt bottle and towel. I mean it is really that simple. Maybe if management put even an *ounce* of pressure on their staff to monitor the gym every so often and patrol the gym floors to make sure there aren't 15 year old children climbing the machines and making sure sanitation is maintained maybe more people like myself would want to keep their membership. However, it seems all the staff care about is socialising with each other. Again this is not on the staff, it is on management. Heres to hoping something finally gets done.

Jeff and his staff are very professional and accommodating. They go above and beyond and are quick to resolve any issues with memberships, equipment and facility issues. I have been a member for 14 years (on and off) and its always clean and well maintained. Thanks Fitness Unlimited Health Club for always trying your best to help. 5 Stars all the way around! Place is a scam. I cancelled my memebership and specifically asked the lady in the front if I will be charged anything AFTER the day I cancel my memebership. She said NO your good to go no other charges will come out. I am now getting calls from a collection agency saying I owe them over 200.00$ because I cancelled and I gotta pay another month of membership I didnt even use. Gym smells super bad inside and is very out dated. Pretty bad service especially since they said WE would not be CHARGED anything after canceling. Educate your employees. Stay away from these scam gyms.

This gym is dirty and poorly maintained — equipment is rarely sanitized, and the facilities don’t feel clean. On top of that, the staff are unfriendly and unprofessional, which makes the atmosphere unwelcoming. A gym should be a place where members feel comfortable and supported, but unfortunately this one falls far short.

I’ve been really disappointed with my experience at Fitness Unlimited. The management here feels unorganized and unprofessional — concerns are not taken seriously, and members are often left feeling unheard. On top of that, the cleanliness of the facility is lacking; equipment is not properly sanitized, and common areas could definitely use more attention. What’s most concerning is the inappropriate behavior from a young man who works out at this gym. Instead of creating a safe and welcoming environment, his actions have made it uncomfortable to be here. The fact that this behavior hasn’t been properly addressed only reflects poorly on the way this gym is managed. A fitness center should feel safe, clean, and professionally run, but unfortunately that has not been my experience at Fitness Unlimited.
