This gym is PREDATORY. Good luck with cancelling. was a fine place to workout near my home in langley - Until I moved provinces and tried to quit the membership. They refused me twice. I was forced to keep paying for months after Id left. Eventually I got ahold of the manager at the time but she told me she wouldn't end the membership unless I reapplied to quit a third time; but she could still reject it for whatever reason she'd deem fit. I was not satisfied with that answer - when I clarified she had the authority to cancel it, as well as the correct person on the phone seeking to cancel I told her she should just Cancel it that moment, and could now accept my previous application, (because a new application isnt going to look any different). She was incredibly rude in her refusal to do that. It whent on so long I had to get my bank to cancel the payments for me. The bank has included a statement about the payments and why the card was switched at that date. Since then they sold my "debt" to collections and likley continue to think I owe them money to this day. I would steer clear of Fitness Unlimited unless youre really willing to put up with their Contract b.s at the end of your membership.

I've been looking for a gym closer to the soup kitchen that I volunteer at and found this gym nearby. I did a drop in here to test it out and near the end of my workout a woman in blonde hair came up to me and told me I wasn't allowed to be wearing what I was wearing. I was wearing a hoodie crop top like the ones from the Rocky movies and old school gym wear. Some woman I saw were wearing sports bra's and crop tops while working out. The woman in blonde said that she worked for the gym but wasn't working at that exact time, she went on to tell me that it's in my contract as a member that I can't wear things like that. I was very respectful and told her I was just doing a drop in, I wasn't a member yet, and I only have 5 minutes left. On my way out I wanted clarity on the gyms dress code policy so I asked the front desk about my gym attire. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and nice, she ensured me that what I was wearing was all good as long as nipples aren't showing. 3/4 stars because the equipment is nice and has that old school feel of real metal, the working staff are nice and friendly, it's close to the soup kitchen and bus stop(personal), and it's affordable. Big shout out to the front staff for clearing things up, much appreciated and happy holidays ♥

Great facility, helpful staff , with a lot of variety inside . Highly recommend this gym it also has that 80’s retro feel to it too which I personally adore .

It’s good for teenage boys who love basketball. The gym is always open to use for practice. Maybe should have a bit more discount for them kids.

Facility is huge and has everything an average person needs to stay healthy. Everything is included free with membership except personal training. This includes squash courts, Zumba lessons, yoga classes, spin, group aerobics, and more. I've included a picture of the classes below. Facility also has a huge women's area not pictured below. Only thing is that some of the equipment is a little dated, like the squat racks pictured below. Other than that, the facility is never crowded and this gym has great value.
