Bill and Duncan are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them! From the first time I stepped in for a consultation, I felt welcomed and the team was genuine in helping me. Duncan is amazing and is really good at being flexible on the fly (especially when I'm being a little more difficult lol). He's great at helping make sure that I'm eating proper meals AND enjoying them! He works with you to change your lifestyle for the better and he has helped me greatly mentally. He's very encouraging and is really good at knocking down the negative thoughts when I'm struggling with a work out. Also a shout out to Bill. He is also amazing. When I first started years ago, he was always trying to work within my budget and was really good at pairing me up with similar minded people. They are both very encouraging and really want to help you reach your goals. If you stumble, they are there to help build you back up and keep you moving forward. I couldn't recommend them enough. The gym is a little small, but I like the atmosphere and the one-on-one. I'm not a large gym person to begin with, so this is perfect for me. :)

Wow! What a great team here at Fitness Solutions! Couldn’t think of a better, more deserving local business to support! Everyone is always so kind and happy to help you with any health and wellness goals you have set for yourself ! This little gym is clean and packed with every type of equipment you need! Everything from yoga classes, heaving weight lifting to strengthening and rehab. The professionals working at the gym will know how to help you and how to get you long term results!
