I was a member from the very beginning when it first opened. It had great potential to be a great gym for the community but quickly turned into a run down mess. It’s genuinely the worst gym EVER. The walls are covered in dirt or poorly covered DIY patches. Equipment looks like it has never been maintained, weights are everywhere causing tripping hazards, dumbbells are rarely re-racked and if they are, none are in order so you have to walk around the rack to find the matching dumbbell. Culture is poor here, no one sprays down the equipment or clean up their weights after using it. Bathroom has three stalls but somehow only one is available to use and there is no paper towel to dry your hands ever. I have never seen such little care for their customers, we pay a $50 annual fee for maintenance but as you can tell nothing has been done. Not sure where my money is going to. I never post reviews but I want to warn people from signing up here because it is absolutely disgusting.

I had a terrible experience with this gym. I never actually used the facilities, but they still sent my account to a collections agency demanding money. I signed up, but due to personal reasons, I wasn’t able to continue . I wasn’t made clearly aware of cancellation policies, and there was zero communication or warning before they handed my information over to collections. Also they are demanding 1year fees not the penalty fees. It’s completely unfair to be charged for a service I didn’t use, and even worse to be penalized without any notice. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve this, but the staff hasn’t been helpful at all. Be very careful before signing anything with them — read the fine print, because they don’t seem to care about fairness or customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Worst gym in town — avoid at all costs! This place is a complete disappointment. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in customer service. My friend went today with her sister — both of them are paying members — and they were treated with total disrespect and zero communication. Instead of helping, the staff acted entitled and dismissive. The gym is overpriced with barely any equipment available, and they still have the audacity to overcharge you for it. Don’t waste your time or money here. Stay far away!

Absolutely the worst gym experience in Surrey. Went in today and the front desk girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. We have a Black Card membership, which is supposed to allow two people to share, but they now not at the same time — clearly just a money-grabbing trick. The gym itself is overpriced, with very few machines and poor management. I used my friend’s card to help my sister (who is the actual member) because she had severe muscle pain and couldn’t walk alone. I was in there for less than 5 minutes, just helping her, and the staff girl told me to leave immediately. Fine — I left without argument. And then? We got an email warning us of a $10 and $50 charge. For what? There was zero communication, no flexibility, no understanding. The policies make no sense, and the way they handle people is disrespectful and aggressive. Honestly, don’t waste your money or time here. There are way better gyms in Surrey with better equipment, policies, and — most importantly — basic respect for people. Would you like me to make it even shorter or post-ready for Google or Yelp?

Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away from This Gym! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this gym. Even after canceling my membership, they continued to withdraw money from my account without authorization. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the receptionists were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. It was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. Their attitude alone made the situation far worse than it needed to be. The gym itself is overcrowded and poorly managed. They seem to sell far more memberships than the space can reasonably handle—what looks like a capacity for 60 people often feels doubled. There’s barely enough equipment for everyone, leading to long wait times and a frustrating workout experience. Add to that the lack of proper ventilation and no access to drinking water, and it’s a recipe for discomfort. I was also charged several unexplained fees even after my cancellation. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—this place is not worth it.
