The facility is small, however it does provide all the equipment found in larger establishments. Their fees are reasonable and the staff very helpful. Open 24/7 Note staff are on site M-F 0700 to 10pm; S-S 11:00 - 4pm. Overall, probably the best value for money for people not looking for all the bells and whistles with higher priced gyms. The gym also offers wifi, something they didn't when I started going. They have also added a water fountain to replenish your fluids and for the peeps who don't listen to dermatologists, they have sun tan beds.

I recently went to this gym as my current gym was under a couple renovations on the machines. It was very welcoming, beautiful environment and people!! especially the worker at the front kayla !! very friendly and gave a very thorough tour of the amenities and gym equipment!! I had also noticed the level of cleanliness of the gym!! although no stair master for cardio.. Kayla had shown me an alternative that worked just as well if not better!!

The gym is clean and organized. I have been coming here for a few years and i am happy with this location. I just wish they had more equipments but the space is limited.

Great location, easy access and lots of parking. Message beds, hydro message, tanning, water fountain and beverage cooler. Very clean and good variety of equipment that is well maintained. Great price for working out.

Started about a month ago. Gym has never been cleaned. Homeless people sleeping in the front everyday I show up at 4 am. This is absolutely disgusting the smoke in the front lingers into the gym. No one there to deal with them absolutely unprofessional. They should have the key card on the front door. Kind of a no brainer. Not to Mention on their website, they said that they have a black card area for black card members only to work out. This is not true. Go check before you start website lies
