Had a membership for one week. Loved the equipment at the facility. The one star review is for the etiquette. Theres a lack of staff to enforce rules and therefore people walk around like they own the place. I watched one person stand at at a machine on his phone for 30mins while his buddies used and other machines. When he was asked if he was using it, he said yes. Not once did I see him get on it. The smell as well, not just the gym smell, but the body odor. Come on people, deodorant. The gym smells just as bad due to lack of people not wiping down the machines. And no one wears the proper shoes. People standing on equipment in bare feet as well, like really? And the black card roo. Is meant for black card members. Not for one person who has it and let's 20 of his friends in. Overall atmosphere is what is making cancel my membership after a week. Do better Fit4less

Yesterday I came to fit4less to do my workout, at the end of my workout I went to the front desk to inquire about my membership and was waiting behind two girls who were talking to the girl staff member who works during the nights. When I was waiting behind them the one girl was talking very rudely with the staff member and this staff member was being extremely kind and educating her about how she would either have to buy a membership or a day pass as the last time she came it was during a free workout day. This girl then went outside to get the membership and while I was talking with the girl staff member about my membership that girl came back inside after purchasing her membership waving her card around giving the staff member dirty looks and poor attitude. I have been a member here for a couple months now and everytime I come to the gym this particular staff member she is always very kind, caring, compassionate with all members, very helpful and educational, and always so friendly saying greeting members when they come in.

This gym markets itself as a new establishment, yet basic standards are not being enforced. Members frequently do not wipe down equipment, cleaning staff presence appears minimal, and both the gym and washrooms are consistently unclean. Hygiene expectations are not enforced, resulting in an unpleasant environment.

As an experienced fitness bodybuilder, I thought I found my home gym due to its size and the amount of equipments in the gym. But overtime the gym became heavily busy with ematuer members who only came there to socialize and treat the gym equipments like chairs to sit a chat. Then I noticed the hygiene in the facility got worse with odour coming from bathrooms/the black card weight room. I changed my workout schedules but no matter what time I came to workout, it was always busy. Although their prices are great, had to make the sacrifice and pay more at a different gym that fits my needs.

The gym is big with lots of equipment and decent showers. I wish the cleanliness was a bit better, often the same mess left in the change rooms and showers from the day before. I also wish a life of never reaching your fitness goals to every person who wipes their BOOGERS ON THE WALLS ? ! ? !
