The gym has good equipment and a solid overall setup. The staff are friendly when they’re around. However, it can take a while for broken machines to be repaired. The biggest downside for me is the hygiene standards among some members. The gym has a mostly Indian population. Unfortunately, it often gets very smelly in the gym, and it doesn’t seem like management is doing enough to address it. It makes what could be a great workout environment really unpleasant. If management enforced better hygiene rules and improved equipment maintenance times, this would easily be one of the best gyms around.

A good selection of equipment. Can get a little busy but that’s to be expected this time of year. The floor needs a good deep clean & vacuum. It’s hard to want to do floor work in the functional mobility area when there’s dirt and dust bunnies hoarded in the corners.

I love showing up to a place with a self serve kiosk for a membership card, really cool... Except when the machine doesn't issue a card. Luckily I was here during staff hours! Except somehow there's 0 staff on site??? Extremely frustrating to pay a full price membership to a place only to not even be able to access the facility that day. What a joke. Who runs a gym without staff on site....

This gym is almost always crowded, no matter what time you go. It’s a good option if you’re looking for an inexpensive gym membership or if you like having access to multiple gyms or fitness centres. Personally, it works well for me since I only come here once or twice and prefer rotating between different fitness centres. That said, I do wish it were less crowded, as it can get dirty at peak times and the equipment isn’t always cleaned as thoroughly as it should be.

I was worried before I went there because of many negative reviews. It's been almost a month since I started my basic membership, and I am very satisfied with what they offer. They have lots of lockers, showers, and change rooms. I only do basic things so basic membership has been more than enough for me. Of course there are some time when there are too many people, but it's okay, I can work around it. If you want more space for yourself, probably this affordable gym may be not for you. I've noticed that some poeple really don't care about proper clothing and shoes and how to use the machines properly, but oh well,... Everyone's common sense is not common and not much can be done. Overall, it's a good gym if you want basic things for cheap price!
