very comfortable place for training with equipment for every taste, for any type of training. The equipment is in good condition and there is a friendly staff who will show and explain everything, help you choose the load and training program. After training, you can relax in the spa or lounge area and drink a protein shake. The spa area has cold plunge and a very hot sauna, which will help you recover faster after training.

My favorite gym. A second home to me. I love this place, the staff, the service and all the amenities. It features tons of space, lots of daylight, a sauna, cold plunges, new equipment, group room classes and It's 24 hours. It's a hidden gem and a must for me.

Not 24 hours. Need a fob to get in and when you call you get in you get yelled at. Many other gyms to attend when beginning your workout program.

My wife and I joined Fit for Change about a year ago and we are very pleased with the gym. Not only does the club offer all the equipment I need, it is very clean and open 24/7. Additionally the staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome (much more than other places I have been previously). Lee and the rest of his team should be commended on doing a fantastic job - I can’t recommend this gym highly enough!

I have been going to fit for change since the end of August. Also since this time at Fit for Change I have almost lost 25 pounds. I never thought it would be possible to start my health journey until I joined Fit for Change. My trainer Reb has been my rock through my whole fitness and weight loss journey. I get so excited when I workout with her every Friday. I can't forget the people at the front desk. Always welcoming me when I walk through the door. Even remembering my name (which truly means a lot to me) it feels like a family. After a long day at work Fit for change is where I go to de-stress. I'm so glad I'm a part of the Fit for change family.
