STAY AWAY THEY OVERCHARGE AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS. Credit card was charged $25 × 3 for a total of $75. Only $13 was refunded, bringing total cost to $62 for a car wash that I did myself. Cannot reach anyone at the location to clarify why I was charged so much. Edit: still waiting for management to contact me. They replied to the review with a packaged response intended for readers of the review but not intended to satisfy the reviewer. They blamed it on preauthorizations (preauths are already factored by me, was still charged $62 excluding preauths). For the benefit of other readers they pretended to offer to refund the difference...BUT they didn't provide any way to contact them. No one ever answers the phone or returns a missed call or replies to the website messages. Management has my private contact info and it has now been a week of radio silence. I offered to take down the review if they resolve the matter but I am still being ignored and have no way to reach them. I guess the review stays.

Hello, I want to share a review, this is the second time I come to this car wash and I'm not surprised, this time the hose was broken, but 2 dollars were taken from my account, the management is not on the spot, and also the car wash mode switch does not work as it should, this car wash is not ready for customer service, do not waste your money and time on this is not respect for customers
