I feel like this place is a hidden gem in Medicine Hat. It is open longer than the posted hours. Stephanie for Sugaring is absolutely amazing. I've gone to a couple other places around town for a Brazilian and have became a regular here. She would be really good with newer and/or younger clients (understanding of pain tolerance and being professional).

Irene, my neighbour, would like to say: Very good service. Very clean. They take good care of their customers. The new pedicurist is excellent. Visit them sometime!

Grace always does such an amazing job of cutting my son's hair. He loves her and enjoys going. Everyone there has always been friendly and welcoming.

Charlene the owner makes her poor employees do her phone calls and emails for her when she is standing right beside them doing nothing . I think she has a Cinderella complex or something. It definitely makes for a very strange atmosphere being at the salon when there is a self appointed princess barking her orders at everyone. I feel bad for the workers, they deserve better. I will not be getting my hair done there ever again, it was too strange watching that. Princess Charlene will not be getting my hard earned money that's for sure. Better to support a business that treats their employees with respect and not as peasants. She will probably even make one of her employees type a response to this review instead of doing it herself.
