I recently had some repair work done on my Nissan Pathfinder at First Fleet. Until now, most of the maintenance on my vehicle had been handled by the dealership during the warranty period, so this was my first time trying an independent service provider. From the moment I booked the appointment, the service at First Fleet was exceptional. Communication regarding repair costs and any issues with the vehicle was prompt and clear. During my winter-to-spring tire change, I was advised that a wheel alignment might be necessary. However, First Fleet assessed the situation and honestly informed me that it wasn’t required. I truly appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Based on this positive experience, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great service! The Winter road beat up our trailer and they got us in right away despite not know what time we would arrive for sure. Fixed and back on the road the same day. Than you guys!

Great service I was already running late and they brought me in right away. Other places I called didn’t care and wasn’t interested in my business or helping me out. They will be looking after all of my units in ft Mac going forward, thanks very much folks!

Very easy to deal with and they have bent over backward several times to get our equipment back on the road. Reasonably priced for Fort Mac. Convenient 7 days a week service. I Highly recommend this business.
