The staff were rude. When the hairdresser picked up the slip with our information, she asked another staff member why someone would name their child that. He prefers to go by his initials, so that’s what we do it’s not a big deal. But according to this older lady, who should mind her business and just do her job, it was an issue.

Not very good. The hairdresser commented on my 3 types of curls sounding like it was a problem. Then proceeded to talk to me like child telling me to go down to Wal-Mart and buy conditioner. We have hard water. She cut my curly hair terrible. Asked if I wear it in a pony tail, which I do and chopped by my neck short? She cut my bangs to short too. I won't be back.

Me and my boyfriend went to the hairdresser today. Not only did one of the women not cut his hair properly, she didn’t even let him explain what he wanted nor did she listen to me either. She cut his hair WAY too short and not even close to the way he wanted. It is so uneven! Never going back there, terrible consumer service and the woman didn’t even know how to cut hair properly. She messed his hair up so much.

It’s a good spot when’s our are in need of a haircut. They are friendly and will accommodate you in a pinch. There are no appointments so you need to rely on the hope that no one is there ahead of you. Good luck with that lol. Chantal is amazing with children!
