I had a bad experience getting my nails done today , and it was my first time getting my nails done in here! It was horrible and crooked! I ask for coffin shape! She gave me a square lookin and crooked nail job! Also she wasn’t very friendly and she didn’t make me feel comfortable. I’m not coming back anymore. Bring your money somewhere else!

NEVER GOING BACK!!!! My fiance and I are getting married so I booked at Fionas for pedicures, a manicure for him and a new set for myself. First I should point out, when I called to ask if I could add him to the appointment she didn't even have me booked! Clearly didn't write it down when I first called. I won't even get into the dirty foot bath tubs. I told her multiple times my new set was for my wedding, she did not offer me a cuticle clean up, just straight to it, I asked for short, French ombre. she gave me short, lumpy, uneven, horrible thick ugly nails. they weren't even filled in to the top of my nail beds. the ombre was not clean looking at all. it looked more like I had tie dyed my fingers. I asked her to even out the shaping, I asked her to clean up the French lines, and wasn't getting a positive response. I am not confrontational, I was having my nails done by Fiona the owner and tried to trust the process. big mistake!! when she was "finished" there was glue all over my fingers and no usual cream or hand wash after like she used to do a decade ago. they were so horrible I cried while I was paying/leaving. I will attatch pictures, and I could only imagine how bad these would look for our ring pictures with a professional camera on our wedding day. Needless to say, I got them redone elsewhere. the new nail tech i saw recommended longer nails, and a different colour and a sharp French cut not ombre. so yes, they are completely different looks. May I add, I was not upset with the style or colours of my nails from Fiona, it's the blatant lack of quality. I returned today to ask Fiona for a refund and she refused to see the quality issue and blamed it all on me not paying $10 for a cuticle clean up WHICH WAS NOT OFFERED. I highly do not recommend wasting your money here. oh! money! I paid MORE at Fionas than I did for my re-do set elsewhere. she would NOT budge for a refund. I'll post a picture of my new set. a CLEAR difference in QUALITY!!!! Fiona, I used to see you all the time years ago, THIS is not your best work.

Fiona's saved me from a nail disaster! I went to a different nail salon that gave me a botched gel set. They were hard to talk to and hurried me through the service. Turns out they were mixing powders and rushed everything. So I went to Fiona's to get it all removed. The staff were very kind in taking me as a late appointment. They educated me on their process and regular gel nail processes. Great service!

Got my nails done at queen nails in Leduc (the black) asked for a simple flower design and after 40 mins of trying Queen nails couldn’t do the design shown, leaving the nail salon defeated I was angry and upset. Called Fiona’s and she stayed late to accommodate me and draw this design took her less than 5 mins leaving happy and a returning customer for life. Highly recommend Fiona and her team. Thank you!!!!!! You have gained a forever customer. ❤️

i have been going to fiona’s for years! they’re like second family. always manage to make an appointment around my schedule and can always fit me in super friendly and great conversationalists! my acrylic nails last forever and i have a very demanding job working in a shop! Fiona has amazing prices and Vicky is super talented with her little designs ! i never go anywhere else !
