We had an outstanding experience with Fen Vet while preparing our dogs to travel back to Brazil. During the process, the team treated our dog Cacau for an ear infection and also helped us prepare all the medical documentation required for both of our dogs, Cacau and Amora, to re-enter Brazil. From the beginning, everyone at Fen Vet was incredibly attentive, careful, and professional. International pet travel can be stressful, especially when it comes to making sure every document is correct and compliant with the destination country’s requirements. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had every piece of documentation that could possibly be required, which gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the process. They were always responsive, patient with our questions, and clearly very committed to both the animals and their owners. We truly felt that our dogs were in great hands the entire time. We are extremely grateful for their care, professionalism, and dedication. We highly recommend Fen Vet to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care or support with international pet travel.

It's never easy losing someone. Tuesday night was one of the worst we've experienced as a family and we had to unexpectedly say good bye to our best boy, Blue. Dr. Meg and the team on shift at Airdrie Fen Vet that night, made the experience a little more bearable. The entire visit was met with unwavering kindness, patience, and a true understanding that this was our baby. There was also much needed honesty despite it being difficult news to deliver. We were never made to feel like we were just a transaction and despite being emergency walk ins and staying well past closing, the team showed nothing but gentleness to Blue for the duration of our visit. We've been so impressed by Fen Vet! They are absolutely incredible with our two Great Danes (& my tiny humans when they have to tag along to appointments). Dr Cody and all his staff are amazing. They go above and beyond, and certainly raise the bar for veterinary medicine!!! Also, find me a vet clinic that smells better!

The team at Fen Vet has given us incredible care from our cat Patches, to our dog Max! From the reception and support staff to every veterinarian we have seen at Fen Vet, we knew our fur babies were in the best hands possible! Most recently, our cat Patches has been experiencing constipation. Fen Vet was able to get us in for a timely visit each time! We never felt rushed, or without questions unanswered. The compassion given to us from everyone was felt from the second we walked in the doors. Everyone involved truly treated our cat with such grace and kindness. This is a vet clinic that is ever so clear about giving the best care possible!

Had to go in unexpectedly a few months ago for a very sick kitty I had. It took me forever to try and find a vet that had the time to see me on such short notice and to work with me. I called Fen Vet in desperation and they were able to get me in right away to look after my little girl. Unfortunately, it wasn't good news involving her and I had to say my goodbyes to my girl as she had very advanced cancer that seemed to have come out of the blue. While it was a very upsetting visit, they made me feel so comfortable and seen and sympathized with me as I was grieving. They're so accommodating to the fact that they're willing to work out a payment plan if someone is ever caught in a tough place and need their baby's taken care of. I got my girl cremated and bought her a beautiful urn and they took such good care of her until I could bring her home. They went above and beyond for me as they saw how much I loved my little girl. I work with animals myself and Fen Vet is the ONLY vet I highly recommend to all of my clients. They're truly there for you AND your fur babies. I can't recommend them enough.
