Had a great experience at Fat Dog Auto!! They found the problem with my car that two different places didn’t catch and saved me a lot of future problems. Great communication from everyone. Annie was awesome to deal with the entire process! Moe was super knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was done, why, and showed me the affected parts. Will be a lifelong customer after my experience here!!

I had an excellent experience with this shop. I brought in my Ford F250, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue properly with no stress and no unnecessary upselling. Another place I went to previously tried to charge me almost $1,000 more for the same repair. These guys were honest, professional, and transparent from start to finish. They explained the problem clearly, gave me a fair price, and delivered exactly what they promised. My truck is now running perfectly with no issues. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who won’t overcharge you, this is the place. Highly recommended.

Everybody working here is so awesome! I had an excellent experience with fat dog automotive. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. The most economical, trustworthy, down to earth and honest guys in the Edmonton autobody and repair business. I was heartbroken when the engine went in my Little Jeep, I love my Liberty, it's paid for and is very sentimental to me so... Moe searched for motors and I decided on a used one with 116,000 km's on it (way cheaper than buying a new car) and we saved my baby. I met Chadi(autobody/painter extraordinare) while I was there and we discussed my front passenger door that was rusting out on the bottom. I had estimates at other body shops and all of them said the door needed replacing, whole vehicle painted, etc... Chadi assured me he could 100 % repair it. He just beams with pride when he talks about his work, he has a great passion for it. He definitely wasn't kidding! Have a look at the pictures! My Jeep looks better than factory, like new with added protection. He fixed the rust and rockguard painted all the trim, lower panels, bumpers, etc... at a great price compared to other places. He absolutely loves what he does. You can't go wrong with Moe, Chadi and super mechanic Dwayne at this shop. Highly recommended. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
