Class 7 mot done on my van this afternoon and they managed to squeeze me in last minute after halfords wouldn't do the retest until next week after it failed its mot this morning. Reception/waiting area very clean. All staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Fast Fit Airdrie.

Good prices and friendly customer service! Car was MOT'd very quickly and when I did have a problem the second time I visited that they couldn't fix, they were happy to recommend somewhere else I could get the job done.

Had issues with my campervan steering and had taken it to somewhere closer to home who had several attempts at tracking etc and couldn't sort it. I had used fastfit previously and moved vehicle to them for it to diagnosed with a tyre issue and remedied very quickly. Worth the extra travel just to get it sorted!! First class friendly and efficient service.

Avoid this garage. I booked my car in for an MOT and when I collected it, I found the glass in my wing mirror had been cracked. Nobody mentioned this to me – I only noticed when I was about to drive away. When I raised it, the manager tried to brush it off as something that can “just happen” during an MOT, which I’ve never experienced elsewhere. He seemed to think I was overreacting. To their credit, they replaced the mirror glass, but shortly afterwards the indicator in the same mirror stopped working – coincidentally one of the reasons they failed the MOT. When I returned, I was met with disbelief and told they had already “done me a favour.” At one point they even agreed to fix the indicator, before abruptly refusing and telling me I wouldn’t be allowed back if they did. The attitude from the manager was extremely dismissive and condescending throughout. I got the impression they weren’t happy I didn't just accept their £600 repair quote without question. Overall: poor communication, poor customer service, and I won’t be taking my car back here.
