They came out to repair my furnace. “Finished the repair” only for me to find a leak in the crawl space at the furnace. Owner tells me it’s not related to the repair done and something completely different. It says they worked on it on the invoice!!!! Charged me to come and fix their mistake and then lies and says it was leaking initially. Well sir, if it was leaking then you should damn well be responsible enough and show a level of professionalism and not leave it leaking. A disgrace to trades men and woman who show passion and care for their work. This company is pathetic and the owner is a clown Oh yeah. My bill was $2000 to replace a gas valve😂😂😂🤡

The only thing super about this company is that they're super unprofessional. They were consistently late, inflated the hours listed on their invoices and refused to take accountability for their mistakes. The technician was friendly, but that's the only positive. The owner doesn't care if you leave bad reviews so business must be good. Do not use this company if you want profession service.

Their business name Super Service says it all. Was experiencing furnace issues same issue for the past 4 years. Tim came for the service call and it was not the issue that we had been being charged for the past 4 years. He was so honest and fixed the issue at more than half the cost of what we were being charged. Any plumbing, furnace or air-conditioner issues will be handled by Super Service. Thank you for being so honest.

I would like to thank the fine folks at Super Service for getting my furnace running in a short period of time. I foolishly called a few other companies in town first and they couldn't help me out for 2-3 weeks, but Super Service was able to send someone the very same day. The technician was very professional and knew his stuff about furnaces (even a very old one), offering the customer a high level of confidence that the job would be done correctly and fairly priced. I would like to thank Super Service for a stand-out job.

We hired SuperService to do several jobs for us in the home we purchased this summer: they installed an air conditioner & a furnace, installed a backwater valve, removed a decommisioned water softener & ran our natural gas line to our deck for a natural gas BBQ. Each job was done well & met or exceeded our expectations. The employees are all very knowledgeable & polite, the work was priced fairly, they cleaned up after each task & they were able to come out within a reasonable timeline. From their lovely receptionist to the owner, Sheldon, & everyone in between, we were very impressed with the integrity, customer service & expertise. We highly recommend this company!
