My ranger broke down due to a clutch failure and I had to get it towed at 7:50 in the morning. Denise picked up the phone even before business hours and took my truck in for service. Any other place I called until Falcon said they could not even take a look until a week later. After speaking with Bill and agreeing on repairs, he fully repaired the leak, and changed my clutch within one day. He was aware that I needed it for work urgently. He also advised me that the master cylinder could be to next thing to look at. The next few days I noticed that the clutch was not operating smoothly and called Bill. During his busy schedule, he came over to my place with his apprentice and picked up the car replaced the aging master cylinder within the same day and did not even charge for labor. I am very pleased to meet Denise and Bill. Unlike other mechanics I have met so far, they are very personable, easy to approach and incredibly honest.

Bill is skilled, dependable and very thorough. He went beyond my expectations when he repaired my braking system, holding and test driving my car for a few more days until he was certain that he’d purged all the contaminants from the fluid. His rates are also very reasonable. He’ll continue to retain my business.

Fixed a 15 year problem in 1:45. It's a tremendous breath of fresh air to find an honest automobile clinic. Fair pricing. They're understandably busy and still take time for good old fashioned customer care without rushing you in and out of the door. Even the young employees exhibit excellent work ethics and respectable manners.

Needed a level 4 inspection facility to change the designation on my Sprinter van from Cargo to RV, and needed some rear brakes done. Bill was great. He did a thorough inspection and replaced the brakes as requested. I felt I was in good hands with this shop, their prices were very fair, and when I asked about a couple other issues i wanted to get done, Bill was very honest, he did not try to let me spend money that wasn't needed. I look forward to using Falcon Auto for many years to come. It is a big relief to find a shop that does a great job and is honest. Short walk to skytrain makes it easy too. All the best, Greg.
