What an incredible mechanic - thorough, honest & extremely helpful… I recently helped a friend get their VW going after a period of it sitting too long. Rich problem solved, came up with solutions and repeatedly went above and beyond to get their car ready. He was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. His knowledge and experience with VW is second to none and I highly recommend him as an OUTSTANDING MECHANIC.

I recently moved my Audi TT from Kamloops to Penticton. There was some outstanding maintenance the was allegedly required as suggested from a previous service in Kamloops (brakes and tie rods). To my surprise I found Rich and scheduled an appointment. He pointed out the brakes still have 10,000km on them and he also loosened the tie rods that I was told needed replacing. He also provided a detailed written service review on the car. Rich has integrity and credibility. I look forward to a long service relationship with Fairview Automotive.

Rich at Fairview quickly and properly took care of what an Audi dealership failed to. My family had an issue with engine lights flashing, unique temp warnings, and odd warnings popping up none of which we’d EVER seen prior to this trip. He took the time out of his schedule, looked at the Q3 for us and repaired what was left incomplete by poor workmanship by our local dealer. If you have a late model VW or Audi, you need Fairview Automotive and this person in your life. Not only are exceptional technicians hard to find, he followed up with us the next day to make sure all the problems were gone. Thanks Rich. Over the top.

I am so happy that I contacted Fairview Automotive VW Audi Exclusive in Penticton. Upon arrival I was greeted by Rich. I explained him that I needed a full inspection of my Audi A7, new air filters and new brakes. Rich set up an appoinment for my car and he was very truthful and straightforward about the pricing and how things would work upfront. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are a great asset! I cannot say enough about Rich and Graham outstanding knowledge and customer service skills and I would also like to mention how efficient they are.
