Having been told by 3 light fixture establishments that the non-working light fixture I wished to have restored and installed was an "impossible job that no-one could do", I happily found Fairfield Electric Instant Service and made the acquaintance of owner and electrical magician, Jesse Pogoler - and his team. Jesse painstakingly restored (and updated/improved) my Italian one-of-a-kind light fixture with multiple and intricate Swiss inner mechanisms, and with the help of his superb assistant, removed my existing light fixture, constructed a new ceiling junction box and hanging system, and installed by "like-new" light fixture. This took some time and did not come cheap - but Jesse kept me abreast of developments and costs throughout the process - and you get what you pay for. It brings me such joy to have this beautiful fixture once again gracing our home. Jesse too appreciated its beauty, design and function - and understood my deep attachment to it. I cannot recommend Fairfield Electric Instant Service highly enough. You can place your utmost trust in their consummate professionalism and the care and understanding that they bring to their craftsmanship.

Our realtor recommended Fairfield to us, and we're so glad he did. We needed to have 2 dedicated lines installed, and were trying to do it in the most cost-effective way. During our initial phone inquiry, Jesse took plenty of time to ask all the pertinent questions, and clearly explained our options; then followed up with a written estimate. Scheduling was easy and seamless. Ray was the electrician who came to our home, and after thoroughly examining the space, came up with a perfect solution that would avoid having to cut through all our walls, yet still effectively hide the 2 lines. He worked diligently, and treated all our fixtures/appliances as if they were his own — with great precision and care. When the job was done, it looked as if he had never been here, except for our 2 newly-installed lines that he thoroughly tested before he left. We now are able to run our portable A/C and microwave without tripping the circuit breaker. Many thanks to Fairfield for your outstanding work!

Able to come on the day we called concerning an electrical issue at our tenant’s condo. Found the problem and fixed it. Notified us by email quickly. Price was very fair. Would recommend Fairfield Electric and we will certainly call them again.

Fairfield electric proved that no job is too small. That small job was very important to me and they took care of it. The electrician was on time, very knowledgeable and very friendly. The job took less than an hour and they didn’t charge me the full hour. I would definitely trust them for a next time. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Very responsive and transparent in their communication, though I do wish that I didn't have to ask specifics. I know most people don't want the nitty-gritty about every detail in a report, so asking for deep specifics isn't typical. But they were super professional and communicative once it was clear what we needed.
