I’ve been a patient at Face & Smile Vancouver since it originally opened. Dr Glen has been my dentist for over 20 years and it’s been fantastic to have the same dentist for as long as I can remember. From baby teeth, adult teeth, crowns & root canals he’s been there through it all. The team treat you like family, and everyone is so incredibly kind. If you’re lucky you’ll even get a personal concert from him. I live in Maple Ridge now and I still make the drive to Poco for the dentist and will keep doing so even when my son starts visiting the dentist. I recently had work done before the holidays and was having issues with my bite, Dr Glen managed to get me in while they were closed and took the time to fix it so I wasn’t in pain for over a week until they opened back up.

I am so beyond thankful to Glenn and his amazing team. I have been so cared for, from cleanings to root canals to crowns, I can’t recommend this practice enough!! Everyone who works there has been amazing and so wonderful to me. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my mouth ♥️

Dr Glenn and his whole team is incredible. They are so technically advanced and on the cutting edge of dentistry. But most importantly, they CARE every single visit. Urgent care is immediate and so amazingly caring that evaporates stress and anxiety of both the patient but also any parent. They are FAMILY! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional professionalism. Janis and Alyssa at the front desk are absolutely wonderful—polite, efficient, and always on top of things. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment, handling insurance, or just answering questions, they do it all with grace and a friendly attitude. The office itself is clean, and comfortable, and the entire staff is equally outstanding. It’s rare to find a place where every part of the experience—from check-in to checkout—is seamless and stress-free. Janis and Alyssa truly set the tone for the whole practice with their kindness and competence. Highly recommend.

What an experience at this dental office!!! I’ve been there a few times now and there staff is amazing!! I have very sensitive teeth and I told this to the hygienist but can’t remember her name but she took this into consideration and was really gentle. There receptionists Alyssa and Janis are super friendly. They always great you when walking in and as dental offices sometimes fall behind they let you know this as soon as you walk in. Overall I’ve had a lovely experience here as this may be my new dentist in the future. Highly recommended them!
