This place charges nearly 60% more than other massage places in Vancouver.
A massage that typically costs around $60 elsewhere ends up costing over $120 here. The base price for a standard 60-minute massage is $90, which is already significantly higher than the average market rate.
At checkout, they add an additional 15% charge for card payments and apply both GST and PST, even though under Canadian tax rules, services like massage should only be subject to GST. When questioned, staff simply state that this is what management has instructed them to do.
Customers are also pressured to leave an 18%–22% tip, calculated on top of the already inflated amount, for a completely standard service with nothing special provided.
It feels like this business does not get many customers, and when you do go in, they try to recover everything from a single person. The pricing is misleading, overpriced, and unprofessional. There are many more honest and reasonably priced massage places in Vancouver.

UPDATE: (See my original review below this update)
I’m writing in follow-up to the review I posted three weeks ago. I’m certain the owner remembers it, as the public response was edited approx. 15hrs ago, shortly after I called to accept the refund you originally offered. The section of your reply stating you would refund me has now been removed.
I wrote that review after multiple disappointing experiences at Face2Feet. Despite giving your salon several chances, the service and professionalism continued to decline. This latest situation has been the final straw and reflects extremely poor customer care.
After posting my review, I had not initially seen your response. When I checked again yesterday and noticed you had offered a refund, I called the salon. The staff member who answered was, once again, unprofessional. She told me someone would call me back but did not request any contact information or detail on the situation. I had to ask three separate times for her to take down my details so you could return my call. Instead of hearing back from you, I later noticed that your Google reply had been edited to remove the refund offer—something visible to anyone who reads the review. As it states above your reply "Edited 15 hours ago"
I find this incredibly disappointing. Offering a resolution publicly, then quietly removing it when a customer follows up, is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your integrity as a business owner. In today’s world, people take screenshots, and these actions speak volumes about how you choose to handle accountability.
Based on my experience, I cannot support your business, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before booking at this spa.
I truly hope no future customer has to endure the uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve had at this salon. No amount of deleting or editing public responses can erase what people consistently experience here.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (UNCHANGED)
I booked a last-minute massage today and was really grateful to get an appointment, as I had a knot in my shoulder that was making it hard to turn my head. Unfortunately, I left with the exact same amount of pain I arrived with. The therapist was very sweet, but it genuinely felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I get massages fairly often, and this one felt more like lotion being rubbed on me rather than any real technique. Even after I politely asked for more pressure and pointed out the areas that needed attention, the massage still didn’t alleviate anything. The rubbing motion be became more firm, and I could tell she was trying her best. It’s just unfortunate that the techniques weren’t there to actually isolate the muscle group that needed attention.
I tried to stay kind, as she seemed very new, but the overall experience felt unprofessional. She was wearing a tennis skirt, which didn’t seem appropriate for a massage therapist. She kept adjusting the light dimmers up and down throughout the appointment, which was distracting. And at the end, she asked if I had cash to tip her—and then asked again whether I’m the kind of person who tips. I usually am But it’s uncomfortable when someone is so forward, almost expecting you to give the money right in that moment While I am still on the bed.
I’ve been to this place a couple of times before And I’ve gotten a really strange vibe the last few times. During my last appointment, the therapist made a few uncomfortable comments and even came back in the room while I was changing, she kept making comments about my body During my massage and while she was in the room after, which felt extremely uncomfortable. I decided to give them another chance because I urgently needed an appointment, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I also feel it’s important to note that every time I’ve booked an hour massage but it’s usually closer to 45 minutes. I arrive today just before 4:18 PM and by the time I paid and got to my car, it was 5:22PM
I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this one was important to share.

Staff was friendly and the massage was fine but charging more than $100 for a 30 min massage is a bit over the top. Would've visited again if the price had been reasonable.

This was my first time visiting here, had a couple massage with my partner, she did their signature Anti-aging Facial for 75minutes and I went for Mini Facial massage with Extractions.
The place is clean and really good essence overall, service is great and all their associates are very knowledgeable.
Services offered comparatively is fairly reasonable to other Wellness.
Will surely go back and try their different variants.
To sum up, worth visiting with value for money.
