I will never go back here again, got a spray tan the girl never even gave me foot protectors for base of feet, any lash services I would NOT recommend the quality is very poor. Unprofessional and unredeemable, I explained the lashes I wanted they charged me for something I didn’t recover complained about it and instead got laughed at and wasn’t heard nor did they want to work with me to fix the situation. No professionalism here period. Even when I emailed the email below to follow up still nothing was done! No accountability

I’ve been going to this Fabutan location routinely for almost four weeks now, and every visit has been consistently great. The team members are always smiling, upbeat, and greet me the moment I walk through the door. They do a fantastic job maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere. The beds are always spotless, and the staff is always willing to chat and make the experience enjoyable. Fabutan is truly blessed to have such an amazing team here in Airdrie. Overall, Fabutan has been absolutely fabulous!

What a wonderful surprise during my visit on Saturday, November 8! I was greeted by Michaela, who was not only polite but also enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. She made me feel both welcome and valued. I truly hope Michaela enjoys a long and rewarding career at Fabutan or wherever her journey takes her.

Everyone there is so welcoming! I get my lashes done by Alexandra and no joke would highly recommend! Not only was she very attentive about my wants and needs for the type of lash I want but also someone that I can make great conversation with!
