Visited this salon mid morning today and upon arrival,I greeted the front desk lady and she did not lift her eyes from the computer but eventually only asked if I had an appointment, I said I didn’t and was just there to buy minutes she said that it was unlikely that I would get in and that I would have to book sessions at least 3 days in advance, while there were no shoes at the front and the building was empty. she was so clearly annoyed by my presence so I declined and left to the salon down the street where I was greeted with a smile had packages explained and was shown a bed within 10 mins. Zero customer service, rude and arrogant staff at this location, - spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Have 80.minutes booked on any bed or stand up go to these places and they out andvout lie to u say there booked when people are leaving and nobody waiting and doors opened all the way down hallway this morning ar spruce grove one 2 pair boots there say there booked Have checked for other pkaces to tan and theres lots will have tonuse my minutes up then will be booking other places

A friend of mine who works here named Ashley gave me recommendations and shared information with me on the benefits of the Solirougue. A couple days later I went in to give it a try. I'm impressed. Five stars for Ashley who knows her shit. And another five stars for the atmosphere and environment. Very clean too!

One staff member booked me an appointment and when I showed up for said appointment another staff told me the appointments were too close together and I couldn’t go in….well that was a waste of time and a waste of the $100 lotion I bought from them

They are very clean and friendly and prompt with there service. beds are great maybe a bit hard to get out of but lights are always great and changed frequently so now uneven tanning its s wonderful location Celeste is my favorite employee always helpful with advice and scheduling options.
