My husband and I had a great experience passporting to F45 Lakewood SC from New Jersey! Andy was very welcoming, fun and brought the energy! She is a great coach! We definitely recommend this studio!

I love the F45 experience! I've been training at this gym for 1 month and it's been incredible. The workouts are easy to understand, and the pace is accommodating to most levels of fitness. Each class feels like a unique experience and week to week I never get bored and can easily go 6 times a week. Kudos to the great staff and instructors that have made me feel welcomed and inspired to train, especially Roberto, Kendra, Carine and Andy!

This is a fantastic gym with amazing coaches and people. The best part is how quick it is- from the time I leave my house and am home is 1 hour. I love how everything is setup for you and there is no need to make your own workout plan. The workouts are challenging but fun. Such a great place to build strength and overall fitness!

I absolutely love this studio. The trainers are top notch and the other people who attend the class make it that much more enjoyable! It is a fun dynamic exercise with lots of energy in the room! If you are hesitant about joining now is the time! My journey with the gym has been amazing. The coaches are so knowledgeable and fun! The best part about the gym is there is a wide range of people that are members and it makes for an awesome community of new friends!
