Sokol and his crew have solved a longtime water penetration problem on our roof. The installed roll-up membrane, new waterproofing, new channels, new shingles, and even added a heat trace line to deal with an ice dam issue. They explained to me and showed me their work progress each step of the way. Sokol is professional, polite and generally a delight to deal with. He and his crew completed the project on time and within the original quote (despite some expansion in the scope of work). They cleaned up very well once the job was complete. I HIGHLY recommend EZ Roof Repairs !

Sokol ,the owner of EZ Roof Repairs came & saw the issues around my brick chimney. He & his crew water proofed , replaced the flashing & downspouts ,to stop further issues down the road on my roof. Sokol and his team were very professional and fast at roofing our house. I had a leak near a stack vent and he came out to have a look that morning after i found the leak. Insurance said i needed new shingles and EZ roof repair did the job with excellent service.

We had been dealing with a persistent leaking issue with our built-up roof (BUR: tar and gravel) since purchasing our house last year. Despite having a roofing professional attempt repairs, the problem continued until we met Sokol in October after days of researching and reading Google reviews. When Sokol and I inspected the roof together, I asked if it could be repaired. He responded, “No, I wouldn’t sleep well if it was only repaired, as I suspect some of the plywood is rotted, and the roof is showing its age.” With this insight, we decided to replace the entire roof once we settled our budget. Sokol invited me to observe the removal process of the old BUR and metal components. I saw firsthand that some of the plywood, particularly near the eaves, was severely rotted from water damage. Additionally, most of the "organic boards" between the underlayments and tar had deteriorated into powder. This confirmed that we made the right decision to replace the roof. We’re pleased that the old BUR was replaced with a torch-down roofing system consisting of four layers: a thermo-fusible film vapor barrier, overlay board, SBS Torchflex base, and SBS Torchflex cap. After the work was completed, Sokol and I conducted a final inspection, focusing on the sealing, drainage, flashing, and plumbing. He addressed minor issues on the spot and provided helpful maintenance tips. We also discussed the warranty covering materials, standard, and workmanship. We’re delighted with the work done by Sokol and his excellent team and highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing solutions.

The company did a thorough assessment of my roof and provided 3 options for repairs and costs . Once the decision was made the work commenced within days and completed on time. The crew was very professional and careful with my property. I would highly recommend EZ roofing.
