On January 21st in the afternoon, I used this car wash and had a very frustrating experience. While my car was inside the wash, it ended up hitting the vehicle in front. This happened because the cars were too close and the process was not managed safely (I was sent in too quickly and there was not enough distance between vehicles). After the incident, the car wash refused to take any responsibility or provide any information about the other vehicle involved. They claim the front driver “braked suddenly” and that it was 100% their fault, but they also say they have no details about that car—which is hard to believe since they should have security cameras. Now I’m left with around $2,500 in repair costs and I may have to use my own insurance and pay the deductible, even though this happened inside their facility. If I don’t receive a fair response soon, I will file a formal complaint. I’m also disappointed that Honda provides discount cards for this car wash. I will be sharing this experience with Honda and asking them to reconsider recommending this business.

Car wash with actual human employees. Brought my car in for a car wash and came out with one of my reflectors gone. The guy who worked there was really nice and helpful. I think the owner/ manager needs to step up and really take ownership on incidents like this. Still haven’t hear anything back from the owner/manager in regard of resolution or compensation. To reply to your comment: First of all I never received any phone call from the owner. Secondly, the reflector was intact prior the wash and your employee did confirmed he found the piece inside your washing station and it was not repairable. Thirdly, offering another free carwash after removing this review is beyond shady. People deserve to know the truth and this review will stay on. You can use the $20 of carwash fee to get your hardworking employees a coffee.

This car wash place is not great. After going through the car wash, twice at this location, my windshield had a greasy grime on it that was difficult to remove.....twice. I had to go and buy a foam glass cleaner in order to remove this grime that left greasy streak marks on my windshield. I looked at the car wash brushes afterwards and noticed that the brushes/pads are fairly dirty. The attendant should hose them down after every car goes through as this would eliminate some of the issues. I would not recommend using this car wash facility as this windshield grime issue has happened to me twice at this location. I don't have the time to go n buy another can of foam glass cleaner n waste my time cleaning my windshield again. I should've known better. Lesson learned twice. I take my car to Shine Auto Wash now and there are no greasy grime left on my windshield eventhough this car wash facility is much busier.

I repeat DO NOT go to this car wash. We just took our Jeep through to clean it up and take some photos as we are selling it. It came out FULL OF SCRATCHES that were not on the vehicle before we went through. You can even tell they are fresh. Absolutely ruined our paint from the hood to both doors etc

This guy literally broke my backup camera while washing the back with his brush and then said they can’t compensate. It’s better not to go to these guys as they are not trustworthy. I wish there was an option for zero star because they don’t even worth 1 star.
