Everyone is super friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing during my oil change- even topped up my washer fluid, checked my tires, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash! Super quick too. I'll definitely be back for my next one! And thanks for the tip about the bannock today down at Snuneymuxw Days Darcie, it was tasty! 😊

Went through with our family truck, as this location was the ONLY car wash I’d been taking my vehicles through since it was built! Well, I will NEVER go there again. Apparently putting a small sign up to pull your mirrors in is ALL a manager/owner thinks she can do when her uncalibrated automatic car wash smacks your mirror backwards! When I simply asked her name she wouldn’t disclose it, I repeated it louder and her only response was “you can’t talk to me like that” Well, thx…no sorry this has happened, no hi my name is….someone needs to learn some customer service skills. Just owning a place doesn’t mean you should deal with customer issues. $330 repair bill for our truck later. Not even a refund of the car wash was offered. Horrible company, and even worse owner with a lack of good customer service skills. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Not only is it one of the more expensive car washes in town, you’re screwed if their run down junk hits or damages your vehicle bc she DOESN’T CARE! I wonder if it hit HER vehicle if she’d have it calibrated properly. “TOUCH FREE” it is not!

Price is right, staff are super friendly and they've even bent my kick plate back up twice now (thanks snow!). We use the wash quite often, and the new vaccum machines have great suction. Also, they have a change machine if you don't want to use debit (which has been helpful for my laundry too!). Would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional service! My first time using this location for my oil/transmission fluid changes and I couldn’t be happier! The communication between all of the staff with me and towards each other was brilliant - clear, respectful and honest. I will be moving all of my vehicles to this location for all of our future service needs. I also wanted to make a special note that Darcie and her staff are so friendly and so very kind - it’s so refreshing! If 10 stars were available I would have picked that. Thanks again For the best service today, you have a wonderful team and a solid business :) I look forward to many years working together.

I’ve been going to this family owned and operated business for years. I’ve always been happy with the service. Recently new employees gave me wrong/ confusing information. Owner Darcie and her son Marquis, however, were quick to take responsibility and to finish the job quickly and fairly. I will continue to go there for oil changes and car washes. I recommend you do too!
