I chose the cheapest Bronze package and got a good quality car wash for 9.40 including tax. There are stalls you can park after to vacuum your car which is free with all car washes. They have 2 free mat wash machines but, the water was shut off to them due to issues with them. I was told they would be running properly again maybe in April. They also have free microfibre cloths you can borrow for your car. I went on a sunny Sunday and it was extremely busy and the staff seemed quite stressed managing all the cars coming in/ out. I will come back again during a weekday to avoid the craziness and hopefully the mat wash machines will be running properly by then.

I really like this car wash. The manager and staff are nice and I never felt rushed. They care about the safety of you and your car. The platinum service was excellent. I particularly like their complimentary car mat wash machine and covered vacuum area. I will definitely return.

This car wash is my favorite! They offer free vacuums and dry towels, which is super convenient. I also really appreciate their re-wash policy — I wasn’t happy with how the trunk door of my SUV was cleaned, but the staff was more than happy to let me rewash my car. Afterward, Elish from the team came by the vacuum and drying area to check if I was satisfied, which I thought was excellent customer service. My favorite part? Their mat wash & dryer. It works great!

Awesome deal. Free vacuum with a $9 car wash, and if you bump it to to a Gold wash, it REALLY cleans even the wheels and shines the tires. Pouria, the attendant on at the last hour of his shift really stepped up and helped me understand the system and deals, giving me two interior shine towels that really reagents up the truck. Oh! And the mat washer is incredible! “Eats” your mat and really gets the grime and kids sticky shit right off!

Express Auto Wash Lougheed is a convenient place with fair prices and generally good service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the car comes out looking decent most of the time. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of two issues: first, the carpet washing machine was broken and only worked for flat mats — mine had edges and wouldn’t fit in the device. Second, some parts of the car never get properly cleaned, like the trunk area, which is really disappointing. For a quick wash it does the job, but it could be much better with proper maintenance and more thorough cleaning.
