10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WAXING!!! I made a waxing appointment for a Brazilian and the so called "professional" was horrible. She was quite rude and blamed me for her wax not working properly. After over 2 hours I left in tears with hair patches covering my pubic area and the most pain I have ever felt. I've been getting Brazilians for years and never have I ever had this type of treatment. I was shamed and treated poorly. She was very rude and unclean as well. Safe to say I will never be back. I think the manager needs to take a look at thier waxing employee and if she's even qualified for this type of job.

First time I've had a massage although long overdue, feel much better and have regained some neck and shoulder mobility I lost to an accident years ago !

I have had appointments for massage and waxing, and both experiences were great. The spa is clean, spacious and well maintained, and the staff is welcoming and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!

Booked well in advance came from out of town, waited in town for 4 hours for my appointment came in 15 mims early. Sat for over 30 mins they gave my appointment away I had to walk out 30 mins past my appointment time after 45 mins sitting on the couch worst spa experience of my life.

Love this place. Clean and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and every massage therapist has a unique technique to share. Penny is the person that I go to. She knows what she's doing and is an all around great person.
