The administrative service for setting up appointments was great. The therapist, Drashti, was very professional and accommodating to my communication needs. With the laptop, Drashti, explained what she was going to do for the initial assessment. She provided a complete assessment to help me improve my badly sprained ankle. She taught me how to move my foot/ankle in different exercises that I could do at home between sessions. Maria, the assistant, was wonderful too. I have gone to the sessions twice and my ankle is slowly improving. Less pain for sure but I still have ways to go. Thank you, Drashti and Maria!

I recently suffered a serious motor vehicle collision, and recovering has been tough--but Sukhwinder Kaur, the PTA at Excelsior Physiotherapy in Sherwood Park, has been absolutely outstanding. She does an awesome job helping me regain strength, mobility, and confidence step by step. Her supportive approach, knowledge, and genuine care make every session motivating and effective. The whole team at Excelsior are professional, friendly, and focused on post-accident rehab like injury recovery. I can't recommend Sukhwinder Kaur and Excelsior enough. They've made a huge difference in my healing journey-- Thank you.

I came down here cause I had pain on lower back, on one of my hips and knee pain. The pain got really better after the treatment. The staff is really helpful, kind and keen on details and of course professional. Drashti goes over and above to help her patients. She’s nice to talk to and puts a lot of effort in her work. I believe it’s absolutely worth going there!

Good service electronic reminder is fantastic. It’s easy not to miss an appointment. Good understanding what’s going on treatment seems to work. I’m confident that the work they do is helping me out. My knee is getting better as days go on the Therapy seems to be working helpful carrying people.

My husband was seeing Drashti for mid-back pain, and his improvement has been fantastic. She's very thorough with her assessments, listens well, explains everything in detail, and takes the time to answer any questions we might have had. The clinic staff is welcoming, and their pricing is very reasonable! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs physiotherapy.
