Lucas and Nate did an excellent job - friendly, very customer focused, and ensured I was in the loop the entire time they were working on site. Lance and Buffy ran the show and were always easy to get ahold of and responsive to any questions I had and also very customer focused. The job had a few unplanned challenges but Lance took ownership of them and they were resolved, and am happy with the end result.

Thank you to Lucas, Dom and Nate for the excellent service and help. Lucas explained everything about the process of updating my kitchen in a way that made sense to me. All the whys and how's were explained, the breakdown of costs and he did that throughout the entire job. He was patient and kind and never once tried to upsell me or rip me off. It was transparent throughout. The job they had to do took planning and consultation and Lucas walked me through it step by step. They looked for ways to minimize damage to the drywall, which would have added another cost. The bill was exactly what I was expecting; no surprises or hidden anything. I was impressed by all of it and feel very fortunate to have called them. They wanted me to be happy with the outcome and they represent the company well.
