I’ve had a great experience at Evolve. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the gym is always clean and well maintained. It has everything you need, with plenty of equipment and space. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, and the large sauna is such a great bonus. I always look forward to going and would definitely recommend it.

Great and friendly staff! Great place to work out. There is always a squat rack available when I need one. There are also many providers to help with all your health needs, chiropractic, massage, Physio, osteopath, psychology, cold plunging, and more. Truly a one stop shop to health.

I’ve been really impressed with this gym. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has everything you need for a great workout. The cold plunge is a huge bonus — perfect after an intense training session. Having chiropractic and massage services on-site makes recovery super convenient. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about members’ health and progress. Highly recommend for anyone serious about fitness and recovery

Evolve is for sure my favourite gym. The staff are all incredible, they are friendly and always greet you with a smile, creating a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. It’s a great community with no egos, and even during peak hours, I rarely have trouble getting the equipment I need. It is always clean and any equipment issues are fixed faster than I’ve seen at any other gym. The practitioners in the building are also fantastic — we’ve had only positive experiences and they always say hi when they see you walking around the gym. The equipment setup is a bit different from your standard gym, but once you get familiar with it, it’s actually a nice change — and there’s always someone willing to help. Highly recommend!

Best gym big shout out to Nik, Vanessa and the whole front desk team very kind and welcoming to all starting the gym! Highly recommend this gym especially if you live by Royal oak! Side note best massages book with Raymond he’s the best if you ever feel any soreness he got the solution to it!! Kill two birds with one stone get a membership asap :)
